The Estate

A private shore on Bali's quiet north.

Sea View Beach Estate is a newly built three-suite villa on the sand in Lovina, on the northern coast of Bali. The infinity pool sits at the beach edge under the palms. There are two open dining terraces, one facing the sea and one facing the rice fields behind the house. During a stay the whole property is yours.

The center of Lovina is five minutes on foot along the shore, past the morning jogging track, to the Dolphin Statue, the warungs and the harbor where the dolphin boats leave before dawn. Guests here rarely need a scooter or a driver.

The Staff

Four people run the place around you.

A butler keeps the villa and cooks all three meals to order, for the cost of the ingredients. A gardener tends the pool and grounds each morning. A guest relations officer arranges the dawn dolphin boats, diving, drivers and whatever else Bali suggests. A security guard walks the property from seven in the evening until six.

The staff come on your schedule and none of them live on site. Stays of a week or longer begin with a welcome dinner, and breakfast the next morning is on the house.
