Sea View Beach Estate is a newly built three-bedroom villa on the sand in Lovina, on the northern coast of Bali. The infinity pool sits at the beach edge under the palms. There are two open dining terraces, one facing the sea and one facing the rice fields behind the house. During a stay the whole property is yours.
The center of Lovina is five minutes on foot along the shore, past the morning jogging track, to the Dolphin Statue, the warungs and the harbor where the dolphin boats leave before dawn. Guests here rarely need a scooter or a driver.

Four people run the place around you.
A butler keeps the villa and cooks all three meals to order, for the cost of the ingredients. A gardener tends the pool and grounds each morning. A guest relations officer arranges the dawn dolphin boats, diving, drivers and whatever else Bali suggests. A security guard walks the property from seven in the evening until six.
The staff come on your schedule and none of them live on site. Stays of a week or longer begin with a welcome lunch or dinner on the day you arrive, and breakfast the next morning is on the house.

Lovely villa right by the sea, with beautiful seating and a dining table on both the sea side and in the back by the melon field with views of the mountains. Very friendly staff, usually from 9 AM to 12 PM and 6 PM to 8 PM for breakfast, cleaning and dinner. If you want less, you can also just indicate that. Lovely pool, nice sun beds and kayaks for some activity. But above all, rest and relax.
The villa itself is absolutely beautiful, spotless, and even more stunning than the photos, but what truly made this place unforgettable were the two wonderful ladies who took care of us throughout our stay. They prepared every single one of our meals, and they were, without question, the best meals we had during our entire trip to Bali. Every dish was fresh, flavorful, and made with so much care. We actually looked forward to every breakfast, lunch, and dinner because everything was that good. They also went above and beyond by arranging our dolphin tour, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Nothing was ever too much to ask, and they always greeted us with genuine warmth and the biggest smiles. Hands down, this was the best Airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. Lovina has become our favorite in Bali due to Airbnb experience we had.
This is one of a thousand accommodations. It is absolutely spotless, exceptionally well maintained, and perfect in every way. The icing on the cake is the wonderful staff, who make the whole experience truly unforgettable.
A lovely beachfront stay in Lovina with a lot going for it. Location is excellent, right on the beach with a long flat stretch ideal for evening walks. The beach itself is very calm and shallow, great for wading, though reef shoes are advisable for swimming. The upside is the dolphin watching boat picks you up directly from the villa, a real convenience for an early 6am departure. The pool is fabulous and perfectly positioned for sunsets. The rooms are comfortable, and two interconnected rooms worked very well for our group. The open bathrooms with views of the rice fields behind are a lovely touch. A full restaurant next door delivers directly to the villa, which is very handy. The staff cooked us excellent breakfasts and dinners, sumptuous and well prepared. Housekeeping deserves a special mention, consistently on point throughout our stay. We travelled as a group of six and it worked very well for everyone. Would definitely return.
This place was amazing! If you are coming to this part of Bali then I highly recommend staying here! It was so relaxing - having your own pool is AMAZING! They have a great sound system set up for playing music while you're at the pool also, which is super nice. The staff was very helpful and kind. The house is immaculate, just gorgeous. I loved it:)
